YogApulia is a boutique retreat center dedicated to yoga and meditation. Nestled in the serene Valle d’Itria of Apulia, Southern Italy, it offers an intimate space aligned with nature’s rhythm—an ideal escape from the demands of daily life to deepen your practice in a tranquil, beautiful setting.
Join me for daily Mysore (guided self-practice) sessions, incorporating breathwork (pranayama), chanting, and seated meditation. Afternoon workshops and gentle evening classes will also be offered, guided by the group’s interests.
This retreat welcomes practitioners of all levels—from beginners to advanced students and teachers. With a maximum of 12 participants, you can expect personalized attention.
The plant-based meals draw from local traditions, with brunch and dinner crafted to balance grains, greens, and proteins for energy and recovery.
Optional Activities:
If you feel like stepping away from the poolside or the tranquil retreat setting, you can stroll through the surrounding countryside amongst olive trees, check out local markets and historic towns or head to the nearby beaches!
The retreat price is €950 for a shared twin room and €1275 for single rooms

Ashtanga Yoga Long Weekend in Mecklenburg 26 – 29 June, 2025
(arrive Thursday late afternoon – depart Sunday after Lunch)
This weekend retreat offers us a special opportunity to come together and delve deeply into ideas that enrich our practice, complemented by chanting, breath work, and meditation. There will be morning Mysore sessions and workshops tailored to your interests.
We’ll have plenty of time to connect in a relaxed setting while our host, Juli, whips up her delish vegetarian/vegan eats. The converted farm building has comfy beds, plenty of space and a wood-burning sauna. A walk through the woods leads us to the Tollense Lake for a swim.
The retreat price is €375, which includes 3 nights’ accommodation, all meals, and yoga.
