Join the Mysore Zoom virtual Shala! The shala opens at 645, chant about 8 and closes around 10. This is an opportunity to practice together on our mats at home. This is not a class, but a free space to support each other. I will be practicing with you! It feels surprisingly similar to being together in a living, breathing shala!

I am offering private sessions for €40 / hour, a special online price. These can be led classes with you and can focus on any questions / issues you may have with your practice.
Sundays – Led Primary, Sanskrit-counted class at 9–11. This class is on donation basis. Using the donate button below, please offer what you able to in this time.
