Nils Schmalenbach

Nils began practicing Vipassana, mindfulness meditation and yoga in 2001. Since that time, he has completed several 10-day retreats in Belgium and India and expanded into Zen practice. Since 2013, Nils devotion to mindfulness practice has deepened, leading him to complete trainings helping him to further impart this knowledge and its living practice. Since 2017 he is an MBSR lecturer (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction). Nils gives teachings in an open way encouraging practitioners to explore their own creativity to understand and experience the depths of meditation.
